NET4SOCIETY is the international network of National Contact Points for Socio-economic Sciences and Humanities (SSH) in the 7th European Framework Programme (FP7). National Contact Points (NCPs) are set up to guide researchers in their quest for securing EU funding.
NET4SOCIETY is the network of National Contact Points for Socio-Economic Sciences and the Humanities (SSH), and was founded in 2008. We actively support networking in the SSH research community and offer help in every respect of FP7 consultation. NET4SOCIETY includes almost 60 National Contact Points in 2012.
Feel welcome to browse this website or contact each of our members to find out more about our activities!
NET4SOCIETY is open to all SSH NCPs - if you are a new SSH NCP, please contact us!
NET4SOCIETY is a learning network: by reaching out across borders and sharing our knowledge, each SSH NCP will gain full and easy access to all the essential tools of the trade. Thus, each SSH NCP will have state-of-the-art know-how to support SSH researchers in the FP7 proposal preparation process, and ultimately strengthen the role of SSH research in the Framework Programmes.
Our services include workshops and trainings for NCPs, Best Practice guidelines, personal support in bilateral meetings, and a virtual helpdesk for all questions of daily NCP work.
NET4SOCIETY is funded by the European Commission under FP7, Theme 8 SSH, under Grant Agreement 217152 (2008-2011) and 263924 (2011-2013).
